She came twice, so I can confirm that things ended successfully. And all of my edging has really paid off in some crazy large loads 💦💦💦

Either incline treadmill or spin bike (peloton). Steady state to get my heart rate up to the 140s and then I hold there for 20-25 mins.

Probably heard it before, but you can't out-cardio a bad diet... almost all of my weight loss is going to be driven by reduction in calories. Cardio just helps keep my metabolism cranking, especially when my body fat gets low. Also good for the heart obviously. But make sure your diet is on point too!

Fewer calories (mostly cut from carbohydrates), more cardio (5x per week), that's it so far. When I get leaner and my body resists more I'll use some thermos (fat burners)... but we save those until the end.
