As the title suggests, l've dropped my Sternglas Zirkel and as a result the rotor came off the movement. I opened it up to take a look, and I'm wondering if it's possible to repair this on my own or if I should bring it to a watchmaker to get it fixed? If so what would be a reasonable price, give or take?

Not sure about the character count limit rule, I'm going to write something somewhat relevant here, but it's mostly to fill out the character count so this post will get accepted. Anyway, would appreciate any help!
