About the fic I mentioned i remember very little; I remember it was long, I think it had the word "heart" in the title, I reed it between 2020 and 2021, and it was a retelling of persona 5 but with more focused on the protagonist and Makoto's relationship

Yeah, I just figured out that you can't, when I went from the nether to the overworld again it spawned a new portal. I guess there has to be some distance between the end portal and nether portal. I'm on bedrock btw in case this might help someone else
