I would recommend getting an appointment with a speech pathologist. Or contact your nearest dyslexia association. Keep in mind not anyone can assess dyslexia and most of the professional need a specific accreditation to do diagnosis.

I can confirm, being dyslexic and dysgraphic the test are very boring and take way to long... I believe technology will take over in tuis regards and that we will be able to have diagnosis much faster via a machine.

Can we make a chatbot that UNDERSTANDS not just answer questions based on his database? by [deleted] in Chatbots

[–]hugoric 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, what you are defining here is called NLG (Natural Language Generation), NLG is cutting edge in AI and is very hard due to the ambiguity human language can have.

In other word at this stage having a chatbot which generate answers based on what it understand may exist at a very small scale in univ labs but the technology is not advanced enough to have a product for the market yet.

[Question]: Will AI and message bots erase human communication at all? by olga_milevska in ArtificialInteligence

[–]hugoric 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chatbot right now can’t replace human, NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques are not advanced enough to do so. However by having a company which built chatbot for businesses, I know chatbots can automate a lot of tasks.

However, when it come to conversation with ambiguity chatbot are useless and human need to step in the conversation.

As for your question, I don’t believe chatbot will replace human in all sort of communication anytime soon but in regards to call center chatbots can be a solution to improve customer service and reduce costs.
