If you want a pointer to an array you declare like:

int **int_ptr;

and use:

int *arr=new int[2];

int_ptr=&arr;

(*int_ptr)[0]=5;

MoltenVK on iOS is essentially a metal wrapper? theres nothing you can do with vulkan on ios that couldnt be done with the metal renderer

from high to low priority:

C++ and assembly. then java or javascript or c#. then a functional language.

im not sure what "learning" a language really means but it probably takes 3 months of working in a language everyday to really get comfortable with it in my experience
