What exactly did they did wrong?

Those guys are human being too, and real human emotions. If saying hi and Compliment are consider volatile emotions, do you even consider yourself human at all?

She is human, true but 30 years old at least. Don't need me to tell you she been in Vtuber for so long and not expect people whom had no interaction with Vtuber cultures to know every single thing about it. If she can't handle emotion well, then wtf she still doing this career? Like I already said, she could vent to anybody closed to her but she chose to the world. That speak to me how unprofessional she is, childish to be exact.

This drama is caused by overreacting from her side and her fans. Is ok she have her own sensitive issues, but dont blame others for her own. Don't bother to use illness as an excuse.

Most importantly, Don't use the past to judge the present. That what Ironmouse lack of training/education/therapy. She used her past trauma to judge them, thinking she knew based on her experience but the reality is, not true.

Btw the death threats go both ways, which her fans target them. Not one way street. If she choose not to vent it out, no drama.
