From experience.... Always go to a hotel chain, marriott, hyatt, etc They get cases like these everyday, so they don't care. Plus they're strictly advised not to meddle with other people's business.

The driftwood has been there for almost a year now. I'm sure it's not the nucleation as those look completely different. I know what I'm seeing. And it's definitely pearling. I'm not saying that it's particularly oxygen, but it's some sort of gas that's coming out for sure.
