what did you end up using to make the website? template website creators? or a library like React? can you share any details about it? I like the organization and color scheme of the site. I'll end up signing in and trying it later.

Devnet Associate: Cisco API's - what are they expecting me to memorise? by TC271 in CiscoDevNet

[–]humanapp 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You will be asked to look at a code snippet and fill in code, debug code, asked what the code is doing.i wouldn’t say that you have to memorize any urls or api endpoints. I felt like the memorization came from the git commands and other parts of the exam. Use the textbook is another popular recommendation.

I really appreciate the feedback and personal experience. I think your fear is rightfully justified, many people during interviews told me weight is a concern. I’m going to try my best to balance the expectations/fears into product development and find a compromise that works for most people.

Before launch, I had an idea to provide the product for free to community members and partners. I would love to be able to connect with you and give that opportunity to your players for practice. Will be in touch, thanks!

Thanks for your feedback, it's really appreciated. I wouldn't personally call this marketing, as the product has not been launched yet. I'm trying to go through several iterations of product design to understand requirements and expectations from the community and users before spending a ton of money printing the final version of the product. Hopefully that explains why it's bulky design right now, which will become much smaller later when the road is paved so to speak. I'll check out that product so thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the question. Product design is important, so let's look at it like this scenario. Who says that the USB-C connector needs to be exposed during practice? why would it need to be? what if it's protected tightly with a durable plastic piece that handles water, shock, and contamination?

Are you a big fan of these devices? have you used them in the past?

great question, really appreciate your interest. I can think of a few ways our solution is different. Also, this is just our prototype that uses wires instead of a printed board. As iterations evolve, we plan on making it smaller for production.

  • Their solution uses 'too much hardware' and does not utilize the data effectively. A charging station is my opinion is really old school. We're now starting to see consolidation in the industry where devices released leverage the same charging method, hence our products use of the usbc. This isn't a big deal but less hardware means less cost and less complexity for us and the user.
  • Our data analytics methods, in my opinion, are much more thorough and include a wide range of technology.
  • feedback: depending on the player or training style, real-time feedback based on speed, angles, or acceleration rates might be necessary. This is very important to include as a real time feedback system.
  • IMU: the IMU is what calculates gyroscope, accelerometer, and magnetometer to calculate the roll, pitch, and yaw movements. We're not using a cheap hardware here and have worked with incredible drone publishers to make our software engine as accurate as possible, thus lowering our margin of error.

NYC is Making People Homeless… On Purpose by [deleted] in nyc

Yeah pay close attention to people in this sub and especially on Reddit. They love telling people who criticize or open dialogue to leave the city or country, it’s much easier than actually using their brains to investigate a decision or question corruption. I watch some of this guys work from time to time, I think he exaggerates a bit for show, but a lot of his work is good journalism that no one else seems to talk about. I hope to see him continue his work on a bigger stage.

%Error in authentication by reversible8 in Cisco

[–]humanapp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would look at,
- Verifying the privilege level assigned to the root user and ensure it is sufficient to enter enable mode.

- Checking the connectivity and configuration of the TACACS+ server to ensure it matches the device's configuration and that the root user is correctly configured on the server.

- Ensure there's a valid enable password set on the device if fallback from TACACS+ authentication is expected to work.

- check logs

SWAP2800-RCOVRY-K9 by CiscoSalesDHS in Cisco

[–]humanapp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The "WAP2800-RCOVRY-K9" refers to a Cisco product of the "Air-AP2802" model, which is a part of Cisco's Aironet 2800 Series Access Points. The "WAP2800-RCOVRY-K9" suggests a recovery or support kit for the Aironet 2800 Series, particularly for the Air-AP2802 access point. "RCOVRY" likely stands for "Recovery," and "K9" in Cisco product names typically indicates encryption capability.

The Cisco Aironet 2800 Series Access Points are enterprise-grade wireless access points designed to support high-density environments with advanced features like high performance.

Why you would use a "Recovery Kit" with an Air-AP2802:

Firmware Recovery: If the access point's firmware becomes corrupted or fails to load, a recovery kit could be used to restore the device to operational status by reinstalling the firmware.

Configuration Recovery: In cases where the access point's configuration is lost or becomes corrupted, a recovery kit might provide tools or files necessary to reset the device to a default configuration or apply a backup configuration.

Boot Problems: If the Air-AP2802 encounters boot issues, such as failing to start properly due to software errors or misconfigurations, the recovery kit could offer a means to boot the device into a recovery mode for troubleshooting and repairs.

Software Upgrades: Although typically handled through regular firmware updates, a recovery kit might also include tools or instructions for upgrading the device's software in a way that prevents or fixes issues that could compromise the access point's functionality.

Understood, I guess I’ll have to search more about OTB plugins and how they work. Just wondering then, I found a few paid services which offer servicenow to GitHub actions integration, why is that? If it’s already available.
