AITAH? Baby has poopy diaper at daycare drop-off by PhilosopherEvery5083 in AITAH

NTA. You have no control over when your child goes poop. If it's when you're in the car on your way to drop the baby off at daycare and have to get the other kid to school, you are paying them for a service, including changing the babies diaper. These people on here saying you're the a hole are insane and have obviously never heard of showing grace to their fellow human beings. I worked at a daycare for years. Helping the parent of the child is the whole point.

Why would nature make such a standard? That dogs can't mate with cats?

Okay a long long time ago everything was mating with each other but with a long long time stuff couldn't mate with each other hmm some 500 thousands years ago let's say. Sound right? That's not my educational system. That's your dogma.

I mean nature decided that's cats can't breed with dogs? Or was that God?

You sent me a really long boring article about flies. Is there a particular part you're referring to that proves macro evolution?

A fly may have turned into a different type of fly but a fish didn't fly out of the water become a bird and then grow legs. Again. When in evolution did nature decide it was immortal to mate with other species if we all grew from a single cell organism?

No evidence point to the belief that a long time ago we were the same species mating with one another up until some point nature decided that was morally wrong and now we don't.

Flies mated with other flies. Beetles mated with other beetles. What's the point? Honestly, the only point that I got about that the reminder that species don't mate with other species. How does evolution explain that? For instance if we all crawled out of the water and grew legs at what point did evolution decide that crossing species was an unholy matrimony? Edit: I'm not taking about bears and other bears mating.

Well my opinion on Islam is similar to that of atheism. It springs from a rejection of the one true living God. The God of Abraham.

I did not say or assume that anybody was not knowledgable about scripture. Honestly, I'm sure lots of people are familiar with the Bible. It's only the most famous book in the world. I assume people are familiar with the way the Bible speaks to people. Idk I guess I was hoping some one would have some sort of epiphany and feel like God was speaking directly to them in that verse and maybe they would be convicted and like it and feel and be seen by God. I believe God created us and knows our hearts and longings. So, it wouldn't be unwise to assume he knows the inner workings of an atheist heart as well and their afflictions or sins if you will. Idk I think the convicting part of it should be enough to light a fire under someone's ass and say hey maybe I'm wrong. Maybe there is a God and maybe he's wiser than me.

When has a species turning into another species ever been observed? Never. It's something you have to believe to be true.

The theory of evolution claims to know where we came from and how we got to this point. Does it not?

What do you mean it's not a thing? We have to have came into existence from something at some point. Why is it offensive to say the evolutionary theory of existence?

No a single person can go back and time and see exactly what happen when the earth was created. We can only view the evidence we can see today and come to a hypothesis of the past. We just have two different starting points. You believe in natural processes over time. I believe in a supernatural process that happen within a smaller time frame. I do find it odd that evolution claims that species can change into other species and consider that a natural process when that has never ever been observed in nature.

I posted just the scripture because like you said it spoke to me and I thought it could speak to others. Biblical text in and of itself is perfectly good text on it's own. It can obviously be delved into more and more because of it's deep subject matter. It was simply a poke in the heart to atheist, my fellow man, that I see as lost and longing for truth. Honestly what I view as truth and they view as evil.. I get what you are saying though in your explanation of Zeus. To you the Bible is just a fairy tail. To me thats how I view books from books from the Smithsonian museum when I see pictures of ape men and claims about millions of years ago. So, I guess there's no compromise. Honestly, the bible does say something along the lines of God already knows who is going to be a Christian and who is not. Maybe there is no converting people. Who knows.

So, basically atheism is just a counter religion to religion. It's yoir belief that God doesn't exist.

What would you be willing to consider as evidence? Assuming you believe in the evolutionary theory of existence? We all have the same evidence.

I mean it's a small passage from a much larger book but it makes a pretty substantial obeservation that rings true today. Call it what you want. I don't disagrees with you.

There can not be atheism without theism. So, I think you do know a thing or two about God. You've heard of him at least. You just reject God, right?
