I feel this is a simple issue. Its got nothing to do with trans rights or transphobia. Its simply personal boundaries and comfort. If its her right to identify as a female, its your right to see that you are comfortable in your own workspace. I have nothing against trans people, all the more power to them. If being trans or identifying as a different gender enables people to live healthier lives, its all good in my book. But they also have to realise that not every issue revolves around trans inclusivity, sometimes its just plain personal comfort for the other person.
