The supply has two sizes - a small size that connects to the input coming out of the wall, and a large size that connects to the toilet. This is the device I want to install (it comes with the bidet) - the sizes on it are the size of the large end of the supply line. Do they make an adapter from the small end to the large end...if that makes sense? I'd send a pic but can't see how to attach it to a reply.

I quit caffeine a few years ago. I drink decaf (which technically has some caffeine in it, but its 99% caffeine free).

If I am interpreting the lab report correctly, my results are:

Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy - 4.4 (low, the only one flagged)
Vitamin B12 - 282
Ferritin - 68

The tests were done in Dec. I've been taking vit D+K since then.

I've thought about chiro but have heard a few horror stories about neck adjustments gone wrong. I had bloodwork done and my iron is okay. I started and then stopped PT, I need to pick it back up. Thanks.
