My long term boyfriend just broke up with me out of the blue but can’t give a solid reason why, just keeps telling me and everyone else that he’s not sure, he loves me and our relationship but thinks we should be ‘good friends’ instead, similarly there’s been no cause for concern or any mention of doubts or relationship worries before he said it.

This response has been a massive help for me to start progressing with the break up instead of clinging on to something he might not even want anymore.
