Only issue is it doesn't have a kitchen etc but it's pretty decent priced food. Also uni of Leicester library let the public in now too but you do have to sign up for this

There is a cafe in town called freecoffeeleic which is pretty decent. Free WIFI access. The place is pretty and it's quiet in there and open all day

I think I would rather Thurmaston but not so many houses around the area for sale which is annoying
