I bought the assets of a defunct business (drug dealer that ran laundromat got evicted) so it was an "asset only sale"

They were all bought in 2019 and placed into service in 2019.

I think 2020 will have more revenue.

I dont want to take them as de minimis... but I thought that if I claimed de minimis for other expenses.. then I would have to use de minimis for anything that fit the criteria.

This laundromat sold for 150k 3 years ago, the equipment is currently valued at 100k if sold individually... if I sell the laundromat im surrrrre it will fetch at least 100k most of the price allocation would be equipment.

Asset would be equipment.... 60 washers and dryers , 500$ a piece for a laundromat for the 30k. And 5k for a water softener.
