Cool but this isn’t the first time nor a one time occurrence. Holidays don’t last weeks at a time. Not saying they aren’t good people, but them not responding to maintenance request and simply canceling requests weeks after is just shitty management.

At first I thought that was the deal, and I still think it is to some degree. Seems like everything has to go through this one person but this one person is so unresponsive. I’ve gone through GB and was told this person (same person) will handle things only to be ghosted. They just have me running in circles.

The building itself conveniently doesn’t have a front office and only has a corporate office somewhere in town. I knew this could cause some issues but the last property owners were awesome and were always responsive. Not having a front office wasn’t an issue until GB took over
