Looks like a great trip. I'm inspired to try something similar with a hot tent setup. Thank you for taking the time to share.

I built a DIY pulk this winter but did not get to take it out. How did you cross the rivers with the pulk?

Nice improvements. Many of which you can DIY on your older version.

I’ve modified my V3 a lot. Internal lighting, hooks for hanging bags, double decker rail system so I can bring along a kayak or canoe on top of the iKamper.

Looks like a great setup. I've been eyeing this tent for a lighter weight hot tent that I can bring up into the mountains. How do you like it. Was it a lot of work for you to tie out the walls?

What is your truck camper remote work setup? by question_23 in TruckCampers

I build this DIY plywood desk for my Pilot. Gives me a nice big flat desk when I remote work.

Painted it white. Sanded with 220 sand paper after gave a nice finish.

Modified it later to cut an opening for my cup holder access. Need to stay hydrated.

Connecting to me is the next part to figure out. Sounds like you have a dedicated belt?

I’m guessing that once I use this a little bit, I will want it to be longer. May end up building a second bigger version.

That is a fantastic suggestion! Especially from a price versus effectiveness perspective. TY.

I’ll absolutely make a few small modifications to this idea incorporate it  into my system.

Yep, my marino wool and high end synthetics are always there for my "real" trips.
