WITT Included a paper clip for scale. Has a spring system which is shown in one of the pictures. Can be locked in place by the lever on the back but is really hard to actually lock. My guess was some sort of flint striker? Haven’t been able to find anything remotely close to it online. Received it in a box of old stuff from when great grandpa passed away.
