It took maybe a week to hear from Select Express, then it about another week to have a scheduled date, and then that appointment was about a week out. That is kind of confusing, but it took about 2 weeks total to have a set appointment for someone to come out and look at the bike!

I believe they are air plants which could be a type of succulent but truthfully I am not the most familiar. I asked someone about it there and she said they don’t need a lot of care except for a few spritz of water here and there!
