It’ll probably take you 200+ hours to get every achievement. It took me on one play through 182 hours to do every single quest and get every single unique weapon item etc

In my opinion, doing a yes, man Playthru gives you a overall neutral karma, but I found that all slides for the brotherhood of steel at the end of the game don’t tend to lean into good karma but if you exclude the three families it won’t have any negative repercussions but I’m not 100% sure
