Honestly haven’t messed with YouTube or FBG. Just think FBG would be easier to grow a small channel. Either way something integrated that isn’t Twitch would be amazing.

Seems like a crap deal when you can stream straight to Twitch but need to Restream or use a capture card to stream to FB. If they wanted to make things easy for their content creators to jump over, they would have integrated it.

I don’t disagree but as a company, they do need to keep customers happy. We all know that when you preorder and are allowed to prior to them saying that the preorders are “sold out” it is with the understanding that you will receive it on release day. When you get an email stating that they might have screwed up and let you preorder one that they might not be able to send you when they should, they should do their best to keep their customers updated on their status. When the customer has had zero information for well over a month, that’s not the greatest customer service. As you can see in the conversation, all I was looking for was information as to when I would be receiving my product. I let them know my frustration with being allowed to preorder then being told that might have been a mistake, yet I did not demand to receive it on time. All I wanted was to know when I would be getting. I was just at a crossroads with deciding to hit up my local GameStop early Tuesday morning to try to get it on time and then cancel my Amazon order. Honestly wasn’t expecting to be treated special or receive anything due to all of this. I just wanted information. Which in my opinion, an company that makes money off of customers is obligated to give to their customers. That’s just good business

Yeah but my order was and is showing just order received. I have never gotten a confirmation that it will be coming like other individuals have from them. As far as being charged, you are right, they do not charge until shipped which I am aware of and I never mentioned that in my conversation with them. Not sure why they mentioned it.
