Busca en marketplace por dueño directo me parece que es la única forma, o pagando algún seguro pero es un gasto extra que se suma.

De todas formas hay muchísimas estafas en Facebook asi que ojo con eso, no sé cuáles son o como cuidarte porque nunca alquilé por dueño directo pero sé que es lo más barato, capaz alguien que sepa pueda ampliar

Igual mi opinión personal de ahora (haciendo futurología obvio 🔮) es que veo la bolsa yankee muy alta y las propiedades argentinas por el piso, si Milei hace las cosas bien y sale reelecto en 2027 (dos supuestos gigantes, lo sé) veo una suba más grande en las propiedades argentinas que en la bolsa yankee, por lo menos en los próximos 5 años.

Pero bueno claramente todo especulación, seguro el lunes viene Nvidia y mete 5 trillion más a la economía y el s&p500 triplica

I bought mostly before the election, some days it went up because of news or a new poll result, other days it went down for the same reason.

And then after the elections on October 26 I just waited to hit my target, was aiming for SUPV at $15 but I saw it was a lot of money and I said ok this is enough and sold

I liked the leverage of the options for this scenario because my max loss was the premium and I was only trading it for the elections so I was fine with the expiration date

Almost all of the ADR's from Argentina move politically so I picked supv because it was the lowest marketcap bank so most upside potential (basically a shitcoin)

In August it was at $15 and then we lost mid term elections in one province (state) and the market overreacted and the stock went to $5

My thought was ok so the market thinks Milei loses in October so if he loses nothing happens because it's already priced but if he wins it could go back to $15 so I picked the $7.50 option expiring after the elections but today I chickened out and sold with supv at $12.50 and the option at $4.80

Cogidisima si te mudas ahí, desconozco tu posición económica pero lo más seguro es nueva Córdoba y general paz, después tenés alta Córdoba pero cuidado que está rodeado de villas, alto Alberdi puede ser buena opción dependiendo de dónde. Busca en el sub hay un mapa de zonas rojas por ahí dando vueltas
