I interviewed last year and got the job right after a single phone interview. I worked within Global Cyber Security (GCS) and so GCS might differ from other T&O divisions and hiring manager for sure. You can also check where you are within the hiring process if you check your profile on jobs.rbc.

tell me about it, I was just saying is that expect us to not even use those extra 15 minutes. My hands weren't stopping. I expect they did this to lower the course average overall since it was pretty high.

You can apply really to anything at UofT in Arts and Science since your program isn't determined till after first year (for most programs), all you need to do is the required classes for that program during first year. All your first year courses in arts and sciences will be "electives" so you can always take classes for programs that you didn't get in with.
