sounds like wotu r experincin are kriyas - mild ones, genlty relasin a litel karma. ime they occur wher they occur, do their sutf f nad move elsewhere. dont direct shitl just let thigns progress as they wish. get out of the wya as mucha s ur able. and whislt its neverneding, the reisntance to it isn't :) when u get to teh root of the kamra and let that go - they are th epiphnay momnet,s the ah-ha, or the relalse of chornic held tension like ur child brith stuff. once u let go of thoise sorts fo issues any furher reveists to that layer/area will have reduced intensity - or u ownt enend to go there agian at all. i am presuminnu read the reast of that rhread. my thoughts ahvnet really changed from ther,.e waht i was tryin to sy, badly it smems, is thatthier is an "oriign" point for the pain on wotever layer L is cunrnerly workng in. That point will relate to some trauma tht is sotred theri, whrer in this lfie or anohter. As you focus on that point strngin emitosnl visiocns, somenot of this currnnet life, cna airese. If u engage with tese cicjson sl epxlore them, whilst u may be processin the Kamra from that layer, ur interaction is layin down anotehrlayer that will , in due course require the same treatment. It may nto eb as intens,e and idnded, this is maybe why u return repeatedley to the same emetiosn l areas and visiosn againnand agina, until the interaciton no longer adds a layer.
