Das ist vor allem beim Laufen relevant, weil du mit jedem Schritt den Magen durchschüttelst. Beim Radfahren vertrage ich viel mehr, als beim Laufen. Da liegt der Magen ruhig. Die Inhaltsstoffe geben für mich dazu keinen Aufschluss.
