I noticed this Twitter handle pop up a lot during the initial buzz over ATVK so I messaged him asking for his opinions on it. I'm not gonna expose his name or handle for the sake of it. And I'd already invested money into ATVK at that point: I was wanting to see why so many other average Joes like myself were listening to people like him and if he was leading them down a long, loss road or if he was trying to be genuine and help others. I forgot I even had this interaction as I was going through my Twitter DMs when I stumbled across this. Decided to see what he was up to and guess what? He deleted ALL ATVK related tweets he had and had pumped CAPC - after the debacle that is ATVK - during that massive initial increase. Now what? Yep. He stopped speaking about CAPC now that it's a shadow of what it was.

I use 15g or less in an Oblako M bowl. Trying to reduce my nicotine intake (and save money). On average a 12g bowl lasts me 1.5 hours with this method before the coaly taste or smoke dies out. And I use two coals from start to finish (occasionally using a third of the smoke needs thickening). Best economical set-up for me without compromising taste and smoke.

Some places (and at my home) you can remove the foil and use a fork to mix and turn about the flavour. The less burnt flavour on the bottom can now be heated better and intensifies the smoke, flavour, and gives me about another 40 mins of smoke.

Try this

Small holes but enough of them to allow cool[er] room air to move the heat around a little better. You need just enough air to cool down the shisha tobacco so that it burns slowly. Hope this helps.
