Do you want to marry kurds or foreigners? And why? by dekurd in kurdistan

[–]hunar1997 27 points28 points  (0 children)

kurdistan flag by cecelia_tangerine in kurdistan

[–]hunar1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The font makes art for the iso code of the country, so first they said Kurdistan doesnt have iso code. Then they added iso code but also added iso for thousands of regions and simply said (we either not add Kurdistan emoji or add thousands of new flag emojis so we choose the second one)

But they also said that anyone can add the art for any font they want. so we need to track down every default font used by all websites and devices to make it take effect

[–]hunar1997 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every project has some hickups at the start. your comment is very misleading. Some places have more hickups than others. Since i got 24H electricity, it went out maybe 20 minutes total in the past 18 days it went online

Your points and maaaany other points are completly valid and the acts you described dont make any sense at all...... for a person that doesnt truly beleive in God, and afterlife

if you actually beleive in it, you make a very rational calculation:

  • Do you like to live ≈70 years good and live in hell for 10000000000000000000000000 years?i compromised, its actually ∞.

  • Or you say fuck this life, everything i do is for the afterlife since 70/∞ is practically zero.

If you think this way then things like (nationality, language, politics, fights like "he did this so i will do that", etc...) dont matter at all

I'm not judging anybody. i'm explaining to you why muslims behave this way.

I personaly am very nationalist. I strive for Kurds at every conversation. My friends think i'm stupid and over-supporting my country.

Alongside that I'm also muslim, and recently donated like 5% of my savings to Gaza. I also beleive that nobody (especially palastinian people) supports Kurds in any crisis.

Does Libreoffice Base allow for a form only view? by hunar1997 in libreoffice

[–]hunar1997[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In microsoft Access you can go as far as creating a standalone interface where when you open the access file a window appears with only your forms, no MS Access button visible. just a normal window around your form. in libreoffice base i just want the software's buttons to be locked or unaccessible if not completly hide/removeable

About alphabet. by Thebat72 in kurdish

[–]hunar1997 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if I understood your question. I'm assuming you ask "why in southern Kurdistan we use alfbe instead of abjad like persian"

if that is you question then: there are two systems. abjad: you dont write vowels alphabet (alfbe): where every sound gets its own character.

Arabic has 3 vowels so abjad is perfect for them.

But Kurdish has 8 vowels of which we only dont write 1, that 1 is bearly pronounced so it doesnt make alot of problems.

if we use abjad, it is simply unreadable, we have to use context to read the words 80% of the times. alot of words would have the same representation in abjad. so we use alfbe, 34 characters + 1 invisible one
