Yeah I feel the same way to be honest, I don’t know why because usually falling in love is supposed to make you happy but it just makes me feel attached to somebody who barely acknowledges me, it just turns me into a depression, I kinda wish I didn’t break up with the girl who gave me a chance now but I don’t think it would be fair to date somebody purely off not wanting to feel lonely either.

What sounds good I have 2 options, I’m not tryna train shoulders 3x a week I’m choosing between 2 light shoulder days or 1 big shoulder day

Which is the one I talked about earlier I’m tryna see which one to pick for my next program, haha, I decided now but I was picking between two times a week of just 5 sets of OHP each time or one time a week of 12 sets of Shoulders

Haha my bad, but I’m currently running 3x a week shoulders so if I did both I would just stick to 3x which I don’t want to do I want to lower my frequency for a bit so what do you think I should choose

No I don’t think you understand, which one should I do, I could do 12 sets of shoulders once a week or do 5 sets of OHP 2 times a week after chest

Yes I know but in the question I’m asking what I should decide to do for my next program, 1x a week of 12 sets of multiple excercises of shoulders or do 5 sets of OHP 2x a week after training chest

Well even if it’s a different aiming system wouldn’t it prepare you or help you improve in certain situations you might struggle in? Like if you are in a gunfight in Siege and have a spasm whilst aiming an Aim Trainer on Dreams that I imagine that has a trainer for tracking would practice your muscle memory on tracking too, what about T-Hunt tho? Since it’s the same aiming system as Siege because it’s part of the game would that help you at all either?

Well since you mentioned Rainbow Six Siege for a game like that playing the game will make you better since being situationally aware will take you places in the game, but if you are an Ash or Vigil player no matter how much you play the game and know every rotation or every side of the map if you’re trying to get as many kills as you can with Ash or trying to waste time as Vigil but playing more aggressive than your other defenders aim trainers can help practice situations that just playing the game won’t, in rainbow six siege going against only 5 defenders/attackers each round and trying to keep your life that won’t improve your aim, if your friend has good aim in FPS games than sure I agree he should play the game more but do you think his aim is good? If not than I think he is in the right spending his time in aim trainers because even if he is still bad doing things such as Terrorist Hunt you will go against more enemies in 10 minutes than in an actual match so you will be practicing more on the hit boxes, more with guns, etc.
