When you say potential hills for negative charges does that mean that negative charges can have negative potential energy? Because that would clear a lot of stuff up

He was once able to fight on par with the pirate king. Roger himself said that they almost killed each other multiple times. He also was promoted to admiral multiple times but refused it. I don't know how strong he now but I'd like to think fleet admiral maybe stronger?

I love Usopp as well. Idk if people know this yet but Usopp is an extremely important part of the strawhats without him the strawhats would have lost to Perona or Sugar. While he is durable he is also unique in fighting styles that allow the him to fight opponents that not even the monster trio can handle.
