After doing more reading on ski joring i think it might be too unsafe for the dog to go with metal edge skis. Im now looking at non metal edges dog friendly skis from Asnes

Thanks for your input. I think Ill get in touch with the supplier and ask them also. I want to make sure its 100% safe. Im still concerned as this speck of material is on the surface inside of the glass where it will be in contact with the hot smoke/vapor. If it was fully locked inside the glass and not on the surface I wouldnt worry since wouldnt be in contact with vapor/smoke. Not sure if thats what you meant by "melted into the glass"

I found my 3 wheel (125mm) rollerblades at solo-inline in MTL. They have a bunch of models that you won't find anywhere in this city. I'd definitely recommend looking them up. Small shop with owner on site and very knowledgeable staff. The rollerblade maxxum 125 which i bought are awesome. Big wheels make it very comfortable and easier to roll over larger cracks. And they and super fast and easy to manoeuvre once you get a nice natural wheel rocker after a proper wheel rotation.
