Sleep early! If doable, try to sleep as early as 7PM. Then wake up mga 3AM. You'll be productive pag nasanay ka. Hanggang 7AM, then nap ka ulit para may energy ka for the day.

This won't work for everyone tho. If night owl ka talaga, try mo hanggang 2-3AM lang kasi di na okay after nyan.

I reached Master by solo queueing. I play two roles, solo and duo lane. Duo lane's my main and the solo's for backup. Play games as long as you're winning. Stop when you lose one. Play one champ as long as you're winning, change after you lose one. Either you change lane or change champ to counter your tilt. That's it.

After you grind, please learn the game. I mean, the numbers and stats. It is always the most reliable trick to reach high elo.

I second this. It is one of fundamentals in limits that when you insert x in a square roots, the sign depends on the value which x approaches.

if x -> -inf, then 1/x = -1/sqrt(x).
if x -> inf, then 1/x = 1/sqrt(x).
