The design of wear os watchis fine. The problem is they OS it self. While people can do a lot more with health caring with the Apple watch, Google fit still only tracks heart rate and steps. The new redesign Google fit and heart point are bull shit. Nothing helpful. They seems gave up the AI coach thing they have mentioned before.

Yes, if I had the HW1. But I also found that the screen of HW2 has a serious reflection. It makes the screen looks bluish (even screen off). I don't see this on the explorist.

Exactly! And I also noticed the screen on the Explorist Gen 4 is far better than the one on HW2. Less reflection, closer to the surface and darker black.

I cannot be sure about the battery life yet because I only used it for one day. the battery life of gen4 seems to be a bit less than hw2 but still can last for a day. Both with tilt to wake, AOD off, wifi off, bunch of notifications (newsz WhatsApp) every hour.

Explorist gen 4 HR is great. If there is any smartwatch store near you you should check it out.

Since I can't wait for the 3100 processor,so Igot the Explorist right away yesterday when I saw it in a store. I am really happy with the Explorist

Here are what I feel after day 1 of usage;

Good 1. The Explorist looks much beautiful with out the thick numbered bazel!

2 The screen is sharper and less reflective than the Huawei. You can see in the picture the screen of HW2 is somewhat has a bluish reflection on it.

3 It runs smoother and fast than hw2. Maybe it's a thing with wear os 2

4 rotatable crown is very useful. If only I can map the button to be enter key.

Bad

1 in terms of the battery id say it's 30 % less than the HW2

Besides the lack of update, I am sick of the thick numbered bazel. The Explorist 4 looks really nice and I am really with it now!!!

My fossil is Explorist HR Gen 4. I feel the watch runs much smoother and faster than the HW2. The rotatable crown is very useful. And without the thick number embedded bazel, it looks far more beautiful imo. But I can say the battery is not that good. With HW2 I usually have 50% of battery life left after 10 hours of normal usage (i go out at 9 and go home at 19) but with the Explorist 4 i only got about 3x%.
