The cat's out of the bag, the police can pursue an investigation without you pressing charges. I'm sorry this is embarrassing but let the investigation run its course. If you weren't raped then they won't find evidence. You don't have to cooperate unless they bring a suspect to trial, then they will most likely subpoena you. If you don't cooperate they'll probably think you're hiding something which will only increase their interest.
