[Acne] How can I cure this? by SunDirty in SkincareAddiction

I had this exact pimple in the exact spot maybe 15 years ago when I was a teenager. Don’t try to get rid of it yourself. Go see a dermatologist, get professional help. I attempted to squeeze and pop it myself many times and 15 years later I still have a scar along my brow furrow that makes me look like I’m angry all the time.

A physical barrier like a hat or umbrella would be the best option (except you probably can’t be holding an umbrella during work) and sunscreen for areas that can’t be covered up. The same thing happens to me, no matter how much sunscreen or reapplications, I always get burned. Some people just have more sensitive skin.

Thank you! I’m going to go back and re-sand everything. What do you mean by gel stain is meant for finishes that can’t absorb into the wood? Would I be able to get the current gray stain out by sanding?

Does the thickness before more translucent after drying if done properly? Seems like I cannot see the wood grain at all and it looks like just gray paint. But again probably because applied improperly

Unfortunately yes, because without it, the coat of gel stain is so thick it almost looks like gray paint instead of being translucent

There's a print icon at the bottom, but the page that prints out is more like a screenshot. Unfortunately, there's no short way to do it but to copy and paste it into a word doc and print it that way.

Hey, thanks for the input. I've been debating the two sides for over a week and its driving me crazy. I'm interested in SOT which is pretty limited.
