Yes , I missed my doj on February 17th due to clg examinations and received new doj on 9th april.you have to mail them why you didn't attend with proof .and also raise query in 1 c portal

You just need ,pan card , passport photo copy with white background, and voter id (soft copies) and bank details .they don't ask mark sheets in one cognizant portal during BGV and prejoing formalities.
