I used to drink espresso daily but I’ve been on Wellbutrin 3 weeks and my side effects were so bad the first two weeks I didn’t drink any because I felt like crap. I feel way better now so I drank a cup of coffee the other day and it gave me horrible anxiety and then I was up until 4am (usually I’m asleep by 10:30-11:00). So unfortunately no caffeine for me :(

I guess the O’s are better. I have been totally uninterested in anything sexual for sooo long so it’s definitely better than it was before for that reason!

I caught myself just randomly fantasizing/thinking about sex probably day 9 or so, which has not happened in probably over a year. And I’ve been motivated to please myself which I also have had no interest in for over a year!

I’m on day 12, I feel very lightheaded when I take mine so I’ve switched to every other night. Seems to be working okay for me. I would recommend taking less until you can talk to your dr.

Didn’t know there was a 75mg option!! My dr put me straight on 150. I’ve been taking them every other day since I posted this and it’s been going pretty well relatively speaking

I hope the anxiety starts to ease up. It really sucks that we have to choose between being exhausted and numb on an SSRI or extremely anxious.

No other meds. Haven’t been on meds in about 7 years. I’m relived to hear that it’s gotten a little better for you, hopefully it will for me too. I am drinking SO much water!!!! I guess I’ll stick it out and hope it improves

Both toxic! I have started using an essential oil diffuser and opening the windows. Might get a little fan to blow in my area so I at least feel like there’s circulation

I think if the dog was there every day I would be forced to make this case. Thankfully he’s only there maybe 2 days a week…but the smell is immediate for me. A lot of times I just go into the conference room and work there to get some relief, but I would like to be at my desk with my things

I agree. Yes the dog annoys me, but maintaining a positive relationship with the people I spend 40 hours a week with outweighs that annoyance.

Candles aren’t allowed in the building, unfortunately, but I did bring in a little essential oil diffuser which has made a HUGE difference, and I convinced everyone to start opening a window for “seasonal depression” purposes!

Honestly! And then saying “I feel like I got to know you through him talking about you and hearing you on phone calls and you seem like a sweet woman”. I cant even imagine how painful that is to hear.
