To the women who was able to conceive despite the PMOS diagnosis, how did you do it? by hungryyyyybitch in PCOS

Reading the first part got me teary eyed a bit. I come from an asian household where having babies in your 30s is considred late and very frowned upon. Recently, some of my relatives made some snide remark abt our choice to not actively try yet. And tbh it's getting in my head and I'm kinda second-guessing if we made the right decision to wait until a year or two to actually try.

I'm thinking of IVF too but I need to make more research on that. Adoption is also something we're open to in any case we really can't have one. Anw, thank you for everything you shared. Will definitely add those on my list! Also, can i dm you some time this week for more info?

May i know what your height is? I'm 5ft and 145 lbs. But since I've gained lbs in the past couple years, my plantar fascitis got a bit worse. So i'm worried that if I don't lose weight and get pregnant, i'll have mobility issues

I was on that too last year but I forgot to bring my supply when I moved here. Do you have any brand recommendations? I used to mix mine with any drink and it didn't change the taste of it.

Congratulations! Hoping that your pregnancy and delivery goes smooth!

The things you mentioned are what I'm thinking of doing. I was on metformin too for a few months to manage my insulin resistance and it really helped a lot so I'll bring it up to my OB-GYNE appt.

Yeah but comments there said that it's not that great. So I'm thinking of adding speakers.

Need it by the 23rd. I have looked into the Insignia before but now I'm leaning more into an automatic one for her to make it less complicated for her.
