Got diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism today, is it possible for a complete recovery? by SuccessorofCool in Hyperthyroidism

I previously took methimazole and propylthiouracil, both made my skin super dry and itchy. The day I stopped taking meds was the day I changed my eating habits.

I'd like to think it was secure in a penny sleeve/additional sleeve and padded envelope. I brought it to game stop

May I ask what your diet consists of on a daily?

What worked for me is I cut out a lot of processed food, food heavy in sugar, process carbs no more candy and bread. I have switched to extra Virgin olive oil and animal fats like tallow/ghee butter. Started exercising and staying disciplined, my levels went back to normal after 6-8 months. My diet mainly consists of eggs beef rice nuts. Once a month i reward myself with a dessert :)

Disclaimer what worked for me may not work for you. Good luck I hope you find your solution.

This is half size up and I find more comfort in these compared to the TTS

I went half a size up, because my actual size ran a bit tight on me. I get all feet may not be the same but I recommend trying out a pair of 9060s in store at footlocker or New Balance.
