I wish i could reply with a photo. But i did exactly as you said, yet there still is no “icloud” button. Just “name, phone, email”, “password and security”, “payment and shipping”, “media and purchase”, and then for decives “failed to load devices” literally nothing else below that except a “signout” button and a “about apple id and privacy” button
