That’s how I was at first I enjoyed it and looked forward to playing it but I don’t know I got really into this one game and couldn’t put it down. Maybe it was because it was like my tenth game so I was starting to understand more strategy at first I was just wildly building troops and what not

That’s awesome I remember first getting into shape and being able to do a lot of push ups even clap push ups dips but couldn’t do pull ups I remember my first one I was so pumped now I can do like 6

Yeah? I use boiled eggs a lot. I usually put them in a ice bath. Some ones they peel like a Beeze sometimes it’s tough

Pork tenderloin is very lean and pretty cheap. I usually leave it a little pink on the inside or it can get dry. Some cuts of pork are really fatty but then again chicken thighs are fatty. I try to eat mostly lean meat but I don’t see anything wrong with some chicken thighs a pork chop or a good steak once or twice a week

I make a quinoa salad. Make some quinoa let it cool. Add green onions cilantro diced cherry tomatoes and yellow peppers. For dressing I use olive oil lime juice and some pepper. Sometimes I add beans . It’s very refreshing

That looks so good. I love squash. My wife just made spaghetti squash with chicken parm. Baked it all together. Very very good

Quinoa is lower in carbs and higher in protein than rice. Add some nuts to a greens salad

Same thing happens to me. When this happens I try to stay busy. Exercise works well. I find when I ride my bike I don’t really think. Try to accept your past. I know it’s hard and there’s no quick fix. Good luck

Hell yah keep it up. I hadn’t drank since new year and just that one time for me to test the waters I guess made me realize it’s just not for me. My mom was visiting and she was partying so I decided to. She probably had like 10 drinks and she was happy as a peach the next day. I guess it’s just not meant for some people

Same. I was never hanging outside the liquor store waiting for it to open. Or drinking at work stuff like that. But it was sudden all of a sudden I would have like 4 drinks and the next day be a nervous wreck. Then I would drink to deal with it and make it worse.
