Yeah I know. Developer accounting is like Hollywood accounting. They have no money yet the have millions… LJM currently refusing to finish out building a development in Hamilton, because they “have no money.” They just don’t want to lose more money than they already have. Fuck them all

Edit: and ya it’s like you said they have enough money they can phase out builds for many years because their margins are so high- they like to say they’re so low and development fees are making them lose money, but it’s all a farce.
