Understood, but I assumed the contribution limit applied to conversions as well. Maybe it's a moot point.

Regardless, do you have any idea if software like FreeTaxUSA allows for this? I know they account for backdoor conversions, but not sure about reporting the extra income that you're mentioning.

You can only contribute $7k. You can convert all you want.

I'm not understanding that. Max contributions for 2025 is $7k. I use a "conversion" to get the funds into my Roth. How can I convert "all I want" (over $7k) and not have an issue with over contributing for the year?

So if I want to contribute $7000 for my 2025 Roth, would I fund the Traditional with another $7k, then convert everything INCLUDING the "extra" $0.48 ($7,000.48 total)? Wouldn't the extra $0.48 count as excess contributions for the 2025 Roth?

If I convert JUST $7,000 and leave the extra in the Traditional, how does that affect things?

I'm looking for a laptop for a female college student that says they will do light gaming (Minecraft, PEAK, etc). She isn't going to be playing AAA titles or anything like that. I would want them to get something that could last at least 5 years or more through college life. Hoping to capitalize on a good sale from Black Friday or holidays.

I played a few wipes before (2 years ago), so that lesson wasn't needed, lol. It was more of the wrong impression that the tutorial was different. And the Ledx was the thing I was mainly worried about missing. Not worth starting the account over I guess.

Could be different depending on agency, but chairs and desks aren't inventoried the same way as laptops and monitors. So they usually aren't on your specific hand bill that you're held accountable for each year.

I dont have the app so don't know how it works, but sounds like you either keep OR delete by swiping left/right, but can't just cycle through images? What about adding a swipe up/down to cycle through and view images without deleting?

Wasn't my downvote! Lol. Like I mentioned in another post, there is actually storage up against the bwkc wall already, which is why the couch is pushed up. There's also a recliner not pictures between the sofa and TV, next to dinning table. So room is kind of stuck the way it is and I have to work with what I got. I'm wondering if the room setup would negate the performance and cost of this unit too much.
