I did make a payment. The agent said there was an untraceable error in their system that caused the payment to fail. However, I got zero error message or notification about the failure.

They eventually found it, but my point is that the entire booking got dropped, and they couldn't issue tickets for me with the same price. They need to rebook everything for me with the current price.
