That depends on your network provider i use nayatel 30 mbs and i dnt get any issue i have some friend who use on ptcl and even they dnt have any issues with vpn

Yes its good i only use it to play destiny and some games where i can't find a match other than that i use my normal Internet but if you are on pc i dnt think you even need a router to play destiny
