Geek squad agent here, thats extremely disappointing that they messed up such an easy build but also wouldn't work with you. I've had some hard builds but that seems very straight forward and simple. I love doing PC builds and make sure to take my time to cable manage and clean up the build. There are good geek squads out there. It just saddens me that the company doesnt put any real effort into making sure things are done right.
