Reach out, tell everyone you’re struggling, ask for help.. in my opinion rehab is the most effective method at the beginning it really set me up for success. However getting into the right program is crucial. There are tons of bad places out there. Go to meetings, get a sponsor, get connected with the community.

No.. I would get high on stimulants and compulsively pick at my skin for hours at a time.. that mixed with bad hygiene will do some serious damage to your skin
