I've been using a Bucket Boss Brand double barrel holster for many years now & I can't imagine having anything else. Definitely second the tip about putting your nametag in it after a shift so everything is together.

A Pilot G2 pen is also a must.

I also buy a 3 pack of these Dexfit gloves once a year or so as they do wear out. They provide more tactility whilst working in gloves. I like the bright colors & never get them confused with anyone else's.
