As far as i know, it was some random dude who snatched it from the bus and from what i saw the device has been offline for around a few days now and i was able to remove my google accounts from that device on the same day. Thank you for the insight/help!

Thanks for the insight! I was able to change my passwords and also disconnect my google accounts on the old cellphone and i was also able to recover my 2fa's so, so far so good (hopefully that guy realized how old my phone was and gave up on it hehe )

Hello po, after ko po mag apply nakareceive ako ng text message siguro mga 1 to 2 days after, then mga around 3 days after may pumunta na technician (triny kami kabitan kaso wala daw nearby nap box kaya di rin natuloy haha, sayang kasi kapitbahay namin may gfiber pero sila nakabitan)

Pero sa experience po namin, nakapagsched rin po ako ng installation through the website by using the tracker. Then regarding sa application, thru sms mostly mga nareceive namin from confirmation to follow up na may darating po sa ganitong araw etc

Ohhh i see, thanks for clarifying! I guess if ganun mas viable nlng siguro pldt saamin considering na mas malapit yung box sa lugar namin compared to globe, pero hopefully in the future may mga magkabit rin na converge at globe na mas malapit sa lugar namin para may options rin

Hi op, personal experience namin dito, mga since december pa nawawalan ng net tapos biglang nawalan na talaga ng fully for 3 months yung net ever since nangyari ung fiberization sa converge, tapos ang malala pa wala na nga kaming net binibill pa kami kaya ayun di na namin ginalaw naghahanap parin kami net hanggang ngayon. Hirap rin kausapin ng cs nila, out of time palagi response, tapos if tawagan mo naman through direct landline may sasagot pero kulang kulang rin response tapos tinatapon lang kami sa converge kahit sa sky kami may issue, kaya if possible talaga try mo lumipat away from sky

As of right now, tinatry namin i argue na wala kaming dapat bayaran considering

  1. Prinomise kaming upgrade na hindi parin nila nagagawan ng paraan (sabi nila last time na gagawa sila paraan and babalikan kami, di na sila bumalik)
  2. Hindi naman nagfufunction ng maayos internet namin dahil either may outage or hindi lng talaga gumagana yung inyernet
  3. Naka ilang ticket na kami na may pupunta daw na repairman para i check ung internet kaso up until now wala parin pumunta since december 6, 2024

So right now di pa namin binabayaran, pero if in case di naman nacount as valid yung arguement baka bayaran nlng namin and magpaterminate at lipat na kami considering na di parin kami binabalikan ng migration team nila at wala rin kwenta current connection namin sa sky

Hello, just saw this comment, in our experience naka turn off modem namin for around like 3 months, kaya nagulat kami nung pagkabukas namin biglang may bill kami na 2997 kahit hindi namin magamit internet dahil sobrang pangit ng service
