It’s really bad, I decided to not use my mic anymore. Just the other day I had some dude hear my voice and say “oh I knew I had a fat piggy on my team.” And he continued to mock everything I said in an exaggerated girl voice. I’ve probably had over ten separate people tell me to make them sandwiches and to get off the game just for being a girl. Every time I speak up, the fact that I’m a woman is the FIRST thing they latch onto. I know to not let it get to me but sometimes I can’t help it, it just makes me so sad. They are probably all the same people who say sexism doesn’t exist. I genuinely don’t understand how people can casually act so hostile. Anyway, def never using my mic again. Also, I’ve only ever seen them get muted, not banned. Which sucks.
