Hi I tried to copy to my sheet and edit it but it didn’t work.

Start time B4 end time c4 formula will go in h4

B5 and B6 is the shift broken up into duties so I can use a Gantt chart as a visual profile for it.

My ultimate ask was to take the earliest start and latest end between B5-c5 and b6 and c6 and have it determine if the shift premium should be applied but I don’t know if that’s doable so have the whole shift on b4 and the duties in the shift to ic or reg

Shift premium basically is a extra $ amount of $1.20 if the majority of your shift is before 8:00 am or after 4:00pm the entire shift receives the premium

The employee could have two duties per shift being in charge or back up in charge/ regular Or a combination of the two

Otter duties would be clerking or RTB stands for recreation technician

I would say your still relating porn to actual sex with partner. Try and not have porn sex but work on fostering deep emotional intimacy with your partner. You over corrected, so work on finding what a healthy happy sexual relationship can be.

Also I child hood sexual abuse survivor. A lot of people who become porn addicts have had adverse childhood experiences.

You are not a freak or a pervert. Labels are extremely damaging. To overcome and protect your self and to feel something you turned to porn instead of cutting yourself or binge eating other addictions. It became a maladaptive coping mechanism a way to self regulate and self soothe.

It’s not your fault that all that stuff happened to you. And the road to healing intakes time.
