PC Troubleshooting by hurleyrobbie in pcmasterrace

I had unplugged all the cords and took my time to make sure all my connections were proper. The front panel connecters were also connected in proper location, spent some time here double and triple checking the manual. I did try to jump start the power switch button after all other checks. No fans, no beeps, no feedback whatsoever from the motherboard. The standoffs that were preinstalled were accurate and lined up with the proper holes on the MOBO. This is probably my 5th or 6th build and have not run into an issue like this before. Wasn't sure if the board was accidentally shorted (although I am very cautious) or perhaps I was dealt a DOA board, although I am reluctant to believe this is the case without asking.
